Thanks to an innovative process, oxidation is effectively kept under control. The technology ensures that the nutritional and organoleptic qualities of the oils are maintained at optimal levels. In particular, it provides DHA and EPA, two omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids which contribute to the proper functioning of the cardiovascular system, acting favorably on circulation and blood pressure, and to maintaining normal cognitive functions.
