Founded in 1983, Guna is the most important Italian company in the production and distribution of “low-dose” drugs, with a market share of 32% of the specific sector.

The innovative proposal of high quality Guna drugs is studied and developed by the laboratory in via Palmanova in Milan: inaugurated in September 2008 on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the foundation of the Company, it is one of the most technologically advanced plants in the world in this sector.

Guna, at the same time, produces innovative food supplements, based on the Physiological Regulation Nutraceutical approach, and sophisticated cosmetics, the result of research in our laboratories.

We are aware that business - in the sense of doing business to make a profit and develop one's activities - is the final objective of a Company, and we recognize ourselves without false hypocrisy in this model; we are equally convinced, however, that the pursuit of profit cannot and must not be separated from ethical and social objectives, and that business itself can have a human face.

As a company, we perceive and collect responsibilities of various types: investing in scientific research, technological innovation, employment, employee and local well-being, improving the general health indices of the nations in which we operate, and stimulating more conscious approaches to the concept of health and disease. One of our main goals is to stimulate each individual to search for their ideal state of health, without limiting the attention to the intervention only on the symptom, but aiming to maintain the organism in a state of psycho-physical-emotional balance which is the privileged condition to best activate one's immune defenses.

We are therefore constantly working to intensify our cultural service work, actively engaging at political and institutional level for the proper recognition of the health system based on low-dose medicine and for the affirmation of full freedom of therapeutic choice for doctors and patients.
