NADH (nicotinamide-adenine-dinucleotide) is a coenzyme that participates in the processes of energy production at the cellular level, and is therefore of fundamental importance for health.

It is mainly found in meat, poultry and fish, it is not considered essential because it is synthesized by the body, but it is easily degraded in particular physiological conditions and, with age, its presence tends to decrease significantly.

The synergy with coenzyme Q10, a compound capable of transporting electrons to the mitochondria of cells, and with alpha-lipoic acid, a vitamin-like substance that produces and optimizes cellular energy, enhances the energy and antioxidant action of the formula.

NADH, also called coenzyme 1, is a key building block for ATP production. Coenzyme derived from vitamins (niacin), NADH is found in the mitochondria and cytosol of all cells of living organisms and participates in the transfer of electrons in the reactions of energy metabolism.
