Glucomannan is a fiber present in high concentrations in the tuber of Amorphophallus konjac, a plant native to Japan that has been used for centuries in the preparation of typical dishes of Japanese and Chinese cuisine.

It has a calorific value of 0.25 kcal per gram and, thanks to its high solubility, it swells upon contact with water, increasing its volume to form a gelatinous mass which can absorb water up to 80-100 times its dry weight .

Glucomannan helps improve the metabolism of triglycerides, cholesterol and carbohydrates.

It also affects the modulation/limitation of the sense of satiety, intestinal transit and the volume and normal consistency of stool.

Glucomannan is native to East Asia, widely cultivated especially in Japan.

Due to the high swelling index, it must be taken with plenty of water in order to act effectively.

HOW TO USE

2 capsules 3 times a day with 1-2 large glasses of water 30 minutes before meals.
