Use the light color to draw the shape of the eyebrow, with small strokes add definition with the darker color focusing on the empty areas, then comb the eyebrows outwards with the brush. Holding the pencil away from the lead you can create precise but extremely light and modulated strokes. Holding the lead parallel to the skin rather than perpendicular helps to have more control over the design of the eyebrows and to maintain the tip longer. Changing even a little the thickness or curve of the eyebrow arch can completely change the physiognomy: experiment with the shape of the eyebrows adapting it to your look.
