Fairtrade Lemon Solid Soap

Moisturizing and emollient solid soap. Body care product, particularly rich, creamy and low foaming.

Shea butter comes directly from the north, from local farmers. Format of 60 g. Made in Benin. On the back it has a lovely shell purchased at the local market in Benin, an African state known for the birth of the voodoo religion.

Without preservatives or dyes: the color of the soap is due exclusively to its raw materials.

Particularly moisturizing and emollient soap, because, unlike industrial soaps, it is rich in glycerin, a by-product of the saponification reaction.

Craftsmanship.

At the end of the making of the soap dough, the mixture is placed evenly in a square wooden box, lined with waxed paper, and covered with another layer of waxed paper and several layers of fabric.

The wooden box containing the soap is closed with the appropriate wooden cover and left to rest in the dark for 3-4 hours.

SOAP TILES

With the appropriate wooden plane, equipped with plastic threads, the soap bars are cut to the desired size.

The "ME" brand is then stamped on each bar of soap through an iron press. Each piece is finished by hand with a small knife with a steel blade.

After at least 3 weeks of maturation, the soaps are packaged

The shell that acts as a "guarantee seal" is bought at the market, and is the symbol of Benin.
