Alga is a 100% natural soap dish, ideal for preserving all solids in the best possible way and for longer. It is made of diatomaceous earth, a fossil sand formed from diatom algae. It is smooth and consistent, remains dry and allows excellent conservation of the soap.

A precious and very ancient alga that has populated our oceans for about 145 million years. Its most important feature is the very high porosity. It is able to absorb water quickly so that it is dry again immediately.
Thanks to Alga your solid will always be protected from stagnant water and mould, it will live better and longer!

It is an extremely porous natural material, therefore it is advisable not to wash it under the direct jet of water: this could lead to breakage of the material or premature deterioration. To clean it from soap marks, it is recommended to use a damp cloth.
