Skin healing herb. Thanks to its antimicrobial properties, it is ideal for acne-prone skin, has an action against spots and reduces itching. Synergistic plants: turmeric, amla, madder. To be mixed with Multani Mitti and to be hydrated with rose water for a purifying and smoothing effect.
Sandalwood is a small tree of the Santalaceae family, evergreen and hemiparasitic, which fixes itself on the roots of other species, especially Palms and Bamboos, from which it mainly recovers water and mineral salts. The powder is obtained from wood and can be added to a hot bath to combat physical and mental exhaustion. Sandalwood powder in this product is combined with Multani Mitti (Indian Clay): in this way a complete preparation is obtained, ideal for all skin types.
SKIN: On the face it can be used by those suffering from acne or with blackheads and pimples, thanks to its purifying and antimicrobial properties. It is also illuminating and an excellent adjuvant to counteract skin spots. Helps balance oily skin and reduce itching caused by eczema and rashes. The association with Turmeric, Amla, Madder and Nagar Motha is excellent.
HISTORY and CURIOSITIES: An ancient Indian popular belief stated that no evil spirit could enter a house where the scent of Sandalwood was spread.
HOW TO USE: Mix the powder with hot water or rose water (recommended!) and add any other herbs. Cover the container and leave to rest for 15 minutes. Apply the paste to a clean, dry or slightly moistened face and leave it on for 10/15 minutes. If your skin is mixed or dry, do not let the mask dry but moisten it from time to time by dispensing water or Acque Florali. Complete the treatment by applying Rose Water or other Floral Waters. Herbs can be used in synergy with each other for a complete and personalized treatment.
