Magnesium bisglycinate titrated at 20% magnesium, zinc picolinate or zinc pyridinecarboxylate, pyridoxine hydrochloride or vitamin B6, excipient type II (97.5% pregelatinised maize starch, 1.5% magnesium stearate, 0.5% micronized silica, talc micronized 0.5%), vegetable capsule.

How to use
It is recommended to take up to 2 capsules a day (1 capsule for teenagers).
